About the Issue on her Nike Catsuit

The comment was made by Serena Williams when the French Tennis Federation had banned her from wearing the Nike Catsuit that was to help her from having blood clots during competition after giving birth to her one year old daughter.

Serena being a true tennis professional that she is, did diffuse the controversial FTF ban and did comply having a change in her Tennis outfit during the rest of the competition.

NIKE, had this to say and posted the following comment:

“You can take the superhero out of her costume, but you can never take away her superpowers,”

Such a powerful statement coming from NIKE, that supports its Brand Ambassadors all the way.
